Ceylon Tea/Tourism Networking Session
Sri Lanka Embassy in Beijing-China 29.01.2024
Sri Lanka Tea Board/Tea Promotion Unit-Beijing in collaboration with Embassy of Sri Lanka in Beijing hosted a networking session with the representation of the Ceylon Tea importers, Tour Operators, and Media on 29th of January, 2024.
The objective of the event was to encourage Chinese travelers to visit Sri Lanka as their preferred travel destination. The session was paired with Ceylon Tea to obtain the harmonious effort.
The Charge d’ Affairs, K.K. Yoganaadan, addressed the gathering by highlighting on bilateral relations and the importance of Ceylon tea and tourism sectors to the economy of Sri Lanka.
Detailed presentations on Ceylon tea and Tourism were conducted, together with attractive videos, by Tea Promotion Officer and Minister Counsellor (Commercial) respectively to convince the guests that Sri Lanka is an ideal destination for tourism and a destination that you could experience with finest Ceylon Tea. The guests were offered with Ceylon Tea and other refreshments.
